This bread came out of a package. Gasp! I found it on sale at Super Target and I thought it looked interesting so I decided to give it a try. It was actually pretty decent for packaged mix.
Sweet Seasons Caramel Apple Bread
1 pkg mix
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
3/4 cup water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in a bowl with a large spoon until well combined. Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Pour mix into pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
