Christmas Leftovers Take 1

Ham and Lentil Soup

1 cup dried lentils
1 cup cooked ham
6 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste

Rinse and clean the lentils. Place lentils and chicken broth in a large pot. Boil for 30 minutes. Add ham, salt and pepper and boil for 30 more minutes.
